Hadd-e-Tahqeeq Ba Mashrab-e-Sunni
Hadd-e-Tahqeeq Ba Mashrab-e-Sunni, and this is the correct title, not as it appears on the page here, is an extremely interesting book which shows the main way sectarian differences may be settled in Islam. The author describes himself as a Sunni but quite surprisingly all (or nearly all) his arguments have a very strong Shi’a flavour!
The arguments are well-supported by the material cited, historical and otherwise. Furthermore, the author shows his talents for poetic competence in all three languages; Urdu, Persian and Arabic. His prose style is also of a high standard yet simple and clear.
This book should be translated into several languages and made compulsory reading in the Muslim world; esp. in India and Pakistan in order that we all get to see the way this sectarian may be ameliorated, if not solved.
